Starting Time is a golf accessory and training aids company headquartered in Carlsbad, California, often called the "Golf Capital of the World." President, Hugh Penton, heads a team of independent golf experts working together to make and market leading-edge golf related products. Mr. Penton, a longtime golfer, inventor and business executive has assembled a team of specialists in engineering, marketing and design to produce the company's growing lines of innovative golf products.

Starting Time's inaugural product, Fix with Mix®, is a personal sand and seed dispenser. It was chosen because of the need for a product for golfers who do not ride in carts to repair their divots. Most motorized carts come equipped with heavy sand/seed canisters which allow the golfer to repair their divots, providing the divot is near the cart. The walkers had nothing to use, other than to try and replace the divot turf, which soon died. Some enterprising golfers had improvised with home-made jars and bottles of sand in order to help in their repair efforts. The new Fix with Mix® dispensers have now made golf course divot repair an easy job for those who walk the course.

Now, more new and innovative products are being introduced that broaden the list of golf related items far beyond the initial dispenser, Fix with Mix. They include three Carry-Well holders for push carts, pull carts and electric trollies. The new Fix-Master divot tool that makes ball repairs on the greens fast, fun and easy is now available! And, the newest, coolest ball mark repair tool, the Fix-Master Pro, has been added to the green friendly line of divot tools. This innovative tool is soon destined to make the old fashioned two-prong divot tool obsolete!
